A river of red, a curse on her head; she writhes in a silent anguish. Head against a wall, eyes a dry waterfall, body and soul left to languish as she has no tears left to cry. For so long a fear, now a wish she holds dear: beloved joy of nativty. A hope fast denied, a need unsatisfied... all a fruitless activity, A void forming as time goes by. Long ago, there was a garden where magic filled the soil and imbued amazing uniqueness and personality to each flower. It was tended by a being of power who rarely deemed the flowers worthy of attention beyond giving them a little water or pulling stray weeds. More often than not, this Being, whom I'll refer to as the Vicar, would pick a flower and rip its head off at the shoulders...ending it's life so that they might enjoy its ornamentation at His leisure.
